This application form is intended to be a guide to help you think of all the ways a new pet will impact your life. This is by no means meant to be a test that will be used to disqualify you from consideration for one of our pets.

I understand that some dogs require regular, routine grooming, regardless of whether the coat is left long or is in a puppy cut. I will able to do the following:

Filling out this application does not in any way guarantee that you will be approved for adoption through our Rescue. We are all volunteers who have donated a lot of money, time, sweat, tears and love of the breeds and into each and every one of these creatures. We, as a rescue and foster parents, love them bunches and know each of their special needs and unique personalities. We simply see this as our "charity" to help these fur-kids in need. Please understand, unless we truly believe that your home, based on the information YOU have provided us, and the special needs of the chosen animal are a PERFECT match, your application may be held until we find you to be a better match for another rescued furkid in the future. If that happens, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS PERSONALLY.

Our sole purpose is to represent our breed and "speak for the animals". That's just what we do.

Please understand that each dog entrusted to us is important and we follow very strict guidelines to make sure they are a good match for your family.

We check with your vet to confirm your desire to keep your pet healthy and your environment safe with preventive care in the form of vaccinations.

A home visit helps check out any unexpected circumstances that might interfere with a good match.

A donation from you is used to pay for medical expenses for current and future dogs.  We do not make a profit - all our monies are used for the care of the dogs as they need it.

Finally we have you sign an adoption contract.

If all has gone well, we work with you to get you and your new furry family member together.  If, after all our efforts and yours, an adoption doesn't work out, we ask that the dog be returned to us, and we confirm that we will take the dog back - providing a cushion for both.

Each one becomes a part of our own family, so we will be strict with our requirements.
